Canon U.S.A., Inc. Irving, Texas, is seeking a Sales Trainer (Field Instructor) - Bilingual to train sales professionals across regions. The role requires 75% coast-to-coast travel, English/Spanish bilingual proficiency, and delivery of instructor-led and virtual training.

The base salary varies by geography; includes 54,460–81,550 USD annually with several location-specific ranges. Join a global imaging leader delivering compelling training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; highly preferred.
• 3–5 years delivering sales skills and product training to sales professionals.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% coast to coast/overnight travel.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by providing Virtual and Instructor Led training to selling organizations and increase sales of Canon solutions.
• Conduct training on sales skills, products and technology programs.
• Observe, coach and train other instructors and provide ongoing support.
• Subject matter expert on supported programs and execute first delivery for development and model for other instructors.
• Liase with dealer management to ensure high-quality programs aligned with performance goals.
• Communicate changes and updates to supported programs and identify changes that affect content.
• Work with sales professionals at their location or at Canon Training locations nationwide to position products and increase prospects.
• Utilize a variety of facilitation strategies to lead discussions and hands-on activities.
• Pass qualification processes required to teach each course.
• Assist in creating curriculum and curriculum review.
• Travel for instructor-led facilitation and coaching; virtual training via Hands-on labs.
