SBM Management Services is seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter (Spanish) to support frontline hiring across the Portsmouth, NH area. This onsite role is based out of Iowa and Colorado while partnering closely with Operations and Human Resources to coordinate recruiting, hiring events, onboarding support, and regional staffing needs.

SBM Management Services is hiring a Bilingual Field Recruiter (Spanish) to support frontline hiring across the Portsmouth, NH area. This onsite role is based out of Iowa and Colorado while partnering closely with Operations and Human Resources to coordinate recruiting, hiring events, onboarding support, and regional staffing needs.

The position focuses on building effective recruiting strategies for assigned sites and ensuring staffing gaps are addressed quickly and consistently. You will also help improve recruiting practices by sharing best methods with sites and reporting key recruiting activity and outcomes to the HR Field team.

Role Overview

• Partner directly with Operations and Human Resources to address staffing needs.
• Own frontline recruiting strategy for assigned site and region.
• Provide visibility to the HR Field team of recruiting issues and escape as needed.
• Prescreen, interview, hire, and support onboarding of frontline employees as needed by sites.
• Maintain confidential information related to non-exempt employees.
• Work with HR Field to manage background checks, drug testing, and new hire approvals.

Recruiting and Hiring Responsibilities

• Run high-volume job fairs, including interviewing and extending offers.
• Coordinate job fairs or hiring events for sites per request.
• Schedule and lead staffing calls for sites with urgent hiring needs.
• Train management in the interviewing and hiring process.
• Conduct wage surveys within the labor market to determine competitive wage rates.
• Support transitions and travel to assist recruiting efforts when needed.
• Support Internet online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates.

Reporting, Tracking, and Process Improvement

• Track open positions in specific regions and maintain status in the applicant tracking system.
• Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and hires.
• Prepare and analyze statistical reports to monitor applicant flow, selection, and turnover.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate recruiting statistics specific to the geographical area of supported sites.
• Provide a weekly report listing sites being supported to the manager and HR director/manager and Corporate Initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting strategies.
• Create and implement recruiting best practices and share them with sites that need support.

Work Location and Schedule

• Location: Rochester, NH (onsite).
• Work location: in person.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm (in-office/onsite).

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish.

• Strategic mindset focused on improving site staffing.
• Associate degree from a college or university, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: USD $63,000 - $66,000 per year.
• Benefits: health insurance; paid time off.
