Qualifications

• Hands-on fiber splicing experience with high-count ribbon fiber.
• Experience supervising field crews on large-scale projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Perform fusion splicing and ensure splice quality meets project specifications
• Read fiber diagrams and project documentation; troubleshoot issues
