The Role :

As a Family Support Worker , you'll be the trusted right hand to our social workers. You'll help coordinate family visits, ensure children attend essential appointments, and bring calm and compassion during challenging moments. You'll be on the front lines of hope and healing.

What Success Looks Like :

• A child is safely and calmly reunited with a loved one for a scheduled visit
• A nervous teen gets to their medical appointment on time, with your support
• A foster family feels heard and supported
• Case notes are updated quickly and completely
• Crises are calmly managed with professionalism and heart

Qualifications

You'll Need :

A Bachelor's in human services

2+ years working with children or families

A valid driver's license and reliable car

A big heart, strong communication skills, and cultural sensitivity

Bonus : Spanish language skills or foster care experience!
