Expect ongoing assessment, planning, advocacy, and community resource connections within an 18-month program. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in human services, and strong communication and data-entry skills; bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MSW or related field preferred.
