Job summary

Alivio Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a full-time Family Physician in Chicago, IL. The role involves taking patient histories, performing exams, diagnosing conditions, and recommending treatment while providing on-site care and hospital services as needed.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, medical licensure in Illinois, and completion of an approved Family Medicine residency. Excellent patient communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency program.
• Board certified or Board Eligible within the initial period post-graduation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record patient health history, patient examination and diagnosis.
• Recommend medical treatment and render on-site treatment and hospitalization as necessary.
