Job summary

Woodlands Primary Healthcare in The Woodlands, TX seeks a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C/NP) to join the Family Medicine team. You’ll manage patient needs across ages, diagnose, treat, and support chronic disease management in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are essential. You’ll work with physicians and staff in a team-based model, perform minor procedures, order tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited FNP program.
• Current FNP-C certification (ANCC or AANP) and active Texas APRN licensure.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• 1+ years of family medicine experience; new graduates welcome.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and evidence-based practice.
• Preferred: chronic disease management or procedural skills (e.g., POCUS).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries across all ages.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
• Perform minor procedures, including suturing and joint injections.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging).
• Prescribe medications and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices.
