Job summary

Woodlands Primary Healthcare is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C/NP) to join our Family Medicine team in Texas. You will manage care across all ages, from diagnosis and treatment to chronic disease management and preventive care, in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish proficiency and a commitment to holistic care within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited FNP program.
• Active FNP-C certification and Texas APRN licensure.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• 1+ year of family medicine experience; new grads welcome.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and evidence-based practice.
• Preferred: chronic disease management experience or procedural skills (e.g., ultrasound).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
• Perform minor procedures (suturing and injections).
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging).
• Prescribe medications and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff in a team-based model.
