The Family Nurse Practitioner will lead clinical care under medical direction, oversee care planning, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted New York State Nurse Practitioner license.
Active and unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse license.
Active and unrestricted NPI and DEA registration.
Masters Degree in Nursing/Related field.
Current Infection Control certification.
Current Basic Life Support certification.
Minimum of 3 years practical experience.
Board certification by ANCC or AANP.

Responsibilities

Participating in planning, development, and organization of medical services provided.
Provide education, risk reduction, counseling and referral services to all patients.
