About the Opportunity

We seek a full-time Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about transforming primary care for underserved populations, engaging with individuals with complex mental health, homelessness, or high medical needs, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

This role involves direct patient engagement, building trust, and providing holistic care within a whole-person, interdisciplinary model, working closely with clinics, community organizations, and care teams.

  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
  • Ability to work across age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
  • Experience with Medicaid/FQHC clinics.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • CA NP license; active DEA preferred.
