Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field within eighteen months of hire.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and meet insurance requirements.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Regular background checks must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Engage families in program services and activities to promote school readiness, parenting skills, knowledge, and confidence.
• Deliver relationship-based home visits and enrollment meetings responsive to family strengths, needs, and goals.
• Assist families in establishing and pursuing goals that promote personal growth and community connections.
• Organize family events and activities based on family needs and program goals.
• Provide families with information and referrals to community resources and supports.
• Complete monthly reports and maintain accurate family progress documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Bauer policies, state licensing requirements, and Head Start standards.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.
