Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance staff with repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and structures.
• Perform general maintenance tasks (painting, cleaning, minor repairs, basic carpentry/plumbing/drywall assistance).
• Move, lift, and organize materials, tools, and supplies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Respond to maintenance requests as assigned.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
