City Wide Facility Solutions of OKC is seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Evening Janitorial Lead to supervise Independent Contractors and ensure cleaning standards are met across the OKC metro area.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a valid driver's license, reliable transport, and a flexible willingness to work evenings or weekends. Compensation includes a $17/hour wage and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation to visit clients' buildings.
• Prior janitorial or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Evening or weekend scheduling flexibility.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular nightly route schedule.
• Work with Account Managers to review nightly route objectives and goals.
• Conduct inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with Independent Contractors.
• Participate in new starts as primary contact for Contractors.
