Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions of Tulsa is seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Evening Janitorial Inspector to oversee independent contractors and ensure cleaning standards across the Tulsa Metro area.

This Safety Sensitive role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends; wage is $19 per hour with mileage reimbursement up to $600 per month. 20-30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation to visit clients' buildings.
• Prior experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work evenings or weekends.
• Positive attitude and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular nightly route schedule.
• Work closely with Account Managers to review objectives and goals for nightly route.
• Conduct building inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors.
• Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors.
