• Exercise open and respectful communication with families and school staff.
• Measure student progress and provide progress reports as required.
• Provide a safe, thriving, and respectful classroom environment.
• Attend professional development sessions to advance practice.
• Collaborate with colleagues for professional growth.
• Maintain reflective teaching practice.
