Job summary

R360 Environmental Solutions, LLC is seeking a safety-conscious Equipment Operator for the Lea County Landfill in Eunice, NM. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays and a pay range of $65,000–$72,000 per year, based on experience plus overtime.

Experience with landfill operations is a plus, and the company will train the right candidate. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, life and disability coverage, EAP, FSA, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work outside in all weather and follow safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as compactor, dozer, scraper, loader, motor grader, and ADT.
• Spread and compact trash; maintain haul roads and perform related tasks at the landfill.
• Assist with other duties around the Landfill and attend daily safety meetings.
