2020 Companies in McAllen, TX, is hiring a bilingual Energy Sales Specialist to promote Reliant by NRG at retail locations. You’ll engage customers, explain energy plans, and drive enrollments in a fast-paced environment.

With paid training, uncapped commissions, and a path to career growth, you can earn between $1,000 and $1,350 per week on average, with top performers reaching about $2,500 weekly. Must be fluent in English and Spanish and able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (read, write, speak).
• Six months or more of sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk or event environments.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through customer engagement.
• Greet customers, guide them to displays, and assess needs to suggest products.
• Provide product information and help customers make selections.
• Document and report sales accurately and communicate activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep workstation clean, organized and presentable; complete paperwork timely.
