Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations and workers' compensation management.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, especially workers' compensation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for all levels of staff.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Discretion handling sensitive information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workers' compensation process from claim reporting to resolution.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurers, and legal representatives.
• Develop return-to-work programs with managers for modified duties.
• Investigate employee complaints ensuring fair outcomes.
• Advise on best practices for conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
• Maintain records and generate reports on employee relations and claims.
• Support training for managers on harassment prevention, diversity, and conflict resolution.
