Qualifications

• Master’s degree in educational administration.
• Texas principal or other Texas certificate.
• Certified TTESS appraiser.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and align instructional activities with program outcomes.
• Consult campus committee on planning, operation, and evaluation, including students and community reps.
• Provide instructional resources and support to teaching staff.
• Foster collegiality, two-way communication, and recognition of excellence.
• Develop school improvement objectives and use data to drive decisions.
• Hire, orient, supervise, and evaluate campus staff; supervise assigned personnel.
• Develop and manage campus budgets within district policies and timelines.
• Oversee facility use and maintenance for a safe campus.
• Establish student discipline processes aligned with policy and school handbook.
• Support professional growth and ethical conduct among campus staff.
• Engage the community and parents to support the school's mission.
