Job summary

PRACTICE Education is seeking bilingual tutors (Spanish/English) to provide in-person English Language Arts support to students. No tutoring experience required if fluent in Spanish and English. Earn $27–$30 per hour with a potential completion bonus and a 12-hour weekly schedule.

As an Education Champion, you will work with teachers to strengthen reading, writing, and comprehension skills, while promoting student confidence and academic growth. Schedule: Tue, Thu, Fri 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English and able to explain concepts in both languages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with educators.
• Available every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group tutoring in English Language Arts.
• Help students strengthen reading comprehension, vocabulary, and writing skills.
• Use both Spanish and English to explain academic concepts and support multilingual learners.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to reinforce lessons and address students' learning needs.
• Create an encouraging environment that promotes student confidence, participation, and academic growth.
• Maintain consistent attendance, professionalism, and communication throughout the program.
