Qualifications

• Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate Elementary K‑9 or Middle School endorsements required.
• Language Arts and/or Math grades 5‑8 endorsement preferred.
• Middle School teaching experience within the last five years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of content and pedagogy as it relates to English Learners.
• Design coherent, small group instruction based on mastery of the Illinois Learning Standards.
• Effectively assess student learning and document evidence of growth and mastery.
