Responsibilities

• Provide direct, small-group, and/or individualized instruction to English Learners.
• Support scholars in developing academic English language skills across reading, writing, speaking, listening, and comprehension.
• Use assessment data to identify learning needs and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Develop targeted instructional plans aligned with language proficiency and academic needs.
• Collaborate with classroom instructors to ensure EL scholars receive appropriate supports and differentiated instruction.
• Monitor scholar progress and maintain documentation of academic and language development.
