Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional acceptable qualifications.
• AA/AS/AAS or 60 credits from an accredited institution.
• ParaPro Assessment score of 460 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support instruction for ML students according to ML teacher guidelines.
• Foster personal and social development within ESL/ML contexts.
• Communicate student progress with ML supervising teachers.
• Assess student learning results and provide feedback as directed.
• Implement Can Do standards and WIDA rubrics in classroom activities.
• Encourage cultural development using multicultural materials.
• Coordinate workspace and schedules with principal and staff.
• Support ML students and families to improve home-school connections.
