Job summary

JonnyPops, LLC is seeking an EHS Training Specialist for our Elk River, MN facility to design, deliver, and measure the effectiveness of environmental, health, and safety training. You will own the LMS for all EHS-related courses, and partner with the Training Manager to build a safety competency framework that aligns with OSHA and EPA standards.

The role requires 2+ years in EHS training, bilingual Spanish capabilities, and strong LMS experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in EHS training or safety coordination
• Bilingual Spanish; experience in multilingual environments
• Knowledge of OSHA General Industry regulations and EPA requirements
• Hands-on experience administering an LMS, building and updating courses, and reporting compliance
• Ability to create, design, and develop training content
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver and assess EHS training programs for Elk River facility
• Administer LMS including English and Spanish delivery
• Coordinate with Leadership, supervisors and safety committee to identify training gaps
• Maintain training records and generate compliance reports
