• Bachelors in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in EHS management in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and EHS systems.
• Experience conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and corrective actions.
• Lead root cause analyses for incidents and near misses; implement preventive actions.
• Provide EHS training and guidance to employees and management.
• Maintain EHS records and regulatory reports; serve as primary EHS contact.
