Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• OHSA regulations knowledge is required.
• 5+ years in an EHS role in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in two languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage EHS policies to ensure compliance.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify hazards.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training for all employees.
• Manage document control for EHS records and compliance.
• Lead and mentor the EHS team and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and respond to inquiries or inspections.
• Monitor and improve EHS performance and culture.
