Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Austin, TX, is hiring a Bilingual Senior EHS Manager to plan, direct, and implement comprehensive safety programs across locations. The role requires bilingual Spanish skills, a CSP is preferred, and extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

The candidate will lead risk assessments, train staff, manage incident investigations, and coordinate workers’ compensation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field from a four-year college or university with 5+ years of experience
• Spanish bilingual required; CSP designation preferred
• Plan and implement safety policies and procedures per OSHA regulations

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA rules and regulations
• Train managers and employees in work site safety practices, fire prevention, and handling of chemicals
• Lead accident investigations and prepare supporting documentation for hearings and investigations
• Oversee workers’ compensation program and coordinate with insurer to reduce lost time
• Travel up to 50% as required to meet business needs
• Drive strategic EHS plans across locations and mentor staff
