Job summary

Education Development Center (EDC) in Warwick, Rhode Island, seeks a Bilingual Training & Technical Assistance Associate II. Hybrid role with on-site visits across RI.

Responsibilities include coaching, program consultation, and PD in early learning settings; must be bilingual (English & Spanish) and capable of leading adult learning sessions. Requires a Bachelor’s in early childhood education or related field; Master’s with 5–8 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field is required.
• Master’s degree with 5–8 years of related experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English & Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted coaching, program consultation, and PD in family child care and center-based programs.
• Develop training materials related to early childhood development and trauma-informed care.
• Lead facilitation of adult learning and web-based training.
