Responsibilities

• Provide developmental activities for infants/toddlers in natural environments.
• Conduct developmental screenings, intake, referrals.
• Coordinate IFSPs and service plans.
• Maintain complete clinical documentation.
• Deliver SST services and care coordination.
• Attend meetings and trainings during operating hours.
