Qualifications

• Requirements: non-negotiable degree in a human services field (as listed).
• Excellent written & oral communication skills are essential.
• Strong organization and reliability are expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve families with children birth-3 on IFSP goals.
• Provide family-centered coaching to increase parental confidence.
• Deliver evidence-based developmental therapy in natural environments.
• Travel 45-60 minutes to family sessions once or twice a week.
• Document data and notes for deadlines and meetings.
