Family Building Blocks in Salem, OR is hiring an Early Head Start Home Visitor who is English/Spanish bilingual. You will perform weekly home visits to support infant/toddler development and strengthen family resources, while acting as a bridge to community services.

Qualifications

• Requires Home-Based CDA or AA in Early Childhood with 20 ECE credits.
• One year of relevant social services experience with infants/toddlers and at-risk families.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Oregon driver's license with clean record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly home visits focusing on child development and family support.
• Help parents be their child's first teacher and advocate.
• Complete health tracking and developmental screenings and connect families with resources.
