Grow Early Learning is looking for a Dual Language Caregiver (English/Spanish) to join our team in Faison, NC. You will support daily classroom activities, supervise children, and assist with curriculum under teacher guidance.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and is bilingual. CDA or state equivalency is preferred, and experience with diverse backgrounds is valued. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or Creole, as applicable) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and guidelines described in Grow Early Learning content area manuals and licensing requirements.
• Closely supervise and maintain awareness of children at all times.
• Assist with planning and implementing curriculum activities daily under teacher guidance.
• Assist with writing developmentally appropriate observations of children's development.
