E-bikes Plug in Anaheim, CA is seeking an energetic E-bike Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will greet customers, describe models, and help shoppers find their perfect ride in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

You will conduct test rides, answer calls, process sales and financing, and build lasting relationships to drive referrals. A passion for e-bikes, strong communication, Spanish bilingual ability, and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail or B2C sales, preferably in cycling or electronics.
• Seeking bilingual salesperson fluent in Spanish.
• Genuine passion for e-bikes, cycling, or sustainable urban mobility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to learn and explain technical product specifications with confidence.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment.
• Basic computer proficiency for POS, workorder systems and CRM tools.
• Basic Bicycle, e-bike, motorcycle, or scooter repair experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of e-bike motors, batteries, controllers, and displays.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible retail hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in-store, guiding them through model features and pricing.
• Answer and assist with sales calls as needed.
• Conduct test ride consultations and product demonstrations to match customers with the right e-bike.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-bike technology, battery systems, and industry trends.
• Process sales transactions, financing options, and after-sale documentation accurately.
• Assist with work order entry for service repairs.
• Build lasting customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Support showroom merchandising, inventory management, and product displays.
