Job Overview

As a District Sales and Operations Manager, you will drive sales and operations with integrity in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee sales and operations of up to 12 retail locations within your district.
  • Establish responsibilities and processes to standardize operations and measure results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Coach and develop team members, creating a positive environment focused on recognition and performance management.
  • Manage recruitment, retention, development, and accountability of staff.
  • Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Build relationships with key partners to support market success.
  • Model high standards of integrity aligned with United Wireless' core values.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
  • 2-5 years of management experience in a high-volume environment, supervising associates.
  • 2-5 years of sales and sales management experience.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
