Qualifications

• Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but training available.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize plates, glassware, and utensils with dishwashers and hand-wash stations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish pit and work area.
• Assist in basic prep and restocking; support food safety practices.
• Support bilingual communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
