Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist children, teens, and young adults with developmental and emotional needs in homes and communities. This part-time role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills and involves implementing behavior plans and data collection.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of supervised experience with children or an Associate’s Degree in Human Services.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals aged 3-21 with special needs.
• Implement behavior plans and programs designed by the clinical supervisor.
• Teach, role-model, and apply treatment interventions and strategies.
• Collect daily data and maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
