Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency in Chester County, PA is seeking compassionate bilingual Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are fluent in English and Spanish to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living, promote independence, accompany to community activities, and document services while following individualized plans and agency policies.

This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with positions based on client needs

English & Spanish Speaking | Chester County, PA At Peace Healthcare Agency is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Bilingual Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team and provide meaningful support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are especially seeking candidates who are fluent in both English and Spanish and are passionate about helping individuals live with greater independence, dignity, and confidence.

Position Details

Location: Chester County, PA

Service Areas Include: West Chester, Coatesville, Downingtown, Kennett Square, Oxford, Exton, Malvern, West Grove, Parkesburg, Honey Brook, and surrounding areas

Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

Language Requirement: English and Spanish preferred/required based on client needs

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation may be required depending on the assignment
• Must be able to successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements
