Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required/desired.
• Previous DSP, caregiver, direct care, home care, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and responsible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation may be required depending on the assignment.
• Must be able to successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements.

Service Areas Include: West Chester, Coatesville, Downingtown, Kennett Square, Oxford, Exton, Malvern, West Grove, Parkesburg, Honey Brook, and surrounding areas
