Job summary

Intoxalock, a Mindr family brand, seeks a Bilingual Digital Sales Associate to close sales and schedule installations for English and Spanish leads. Hours are 11:00am–7:30pm CST, with one weekend rotation every 4 weeks. The role combines remote work flexibility with a fast-paced sales environment.

You will handle leads in both languages, build value, and collaborate with Sales Team management to improve performance. Prior experience in sales and strong bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 0-3 years of sales experience.
• Ability to type 30+ wpm.
• Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Remote work experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish, close sales, and schedule installations.
• Build value to uncover needs and overcome objections.
• Maintain minimum quality expectations.
• Timely follow up on active prospect list.
• Work with Sales Team management to improve performance.
• Understand the entire sales process from lead creation to closing.
• All other duties as assigned.

The Bilingual Digital Sales Associate is primarily responsible for closing and scheduling installations for leads received from both English and Spanish speaking customers.

Hours: 11:00am to 7:30pm Central Time (CST); one Saturday or Sunday every 4th week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish, close sales, and schedule installations
• Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections
• Maintain minimum quality expectations
• Timely follow up on active prospect list
• Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing basis, to improve performance.
• Ability to understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing
• All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma require; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 0-3 years of sales experience
• Ability to type 30+ wpm
• Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish languages
• Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven sales professionals)
