Job description

Shift: Monday-Friday, 11am-7:30pm Central Time, with one Saturday or Sunday every 4th week

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Outbound calls to prospective customers (B2C) who need our product
  • No cold calling
  • Listen to customers’ needs and address concerns
  • Communicate pricing and collect initial lease payments
  • Upsell additional products tailored to customer needs
  • Follow-up with customers promptly
What You’ll Bring To The Table
  • Remote work experience preferred but not required
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, commission-driven sales professionals
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in inbound sales or commission-based retail sales
  • Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
  • Must reside in the United States
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
