Job summary

Yavapai County Community Health Services is seeking a Dentist to join our Community Health Services team in Prescott Valley, AZ. The role blends 50% direct patient care with 50% administrative oversight, offering meaningful clinical and organizational impact in a mission-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, holds a DDS or DMD, maintains an Arizona license, and has at least one year of dental practice with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Arizona dental license and federal DEA license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of one year of dental office experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete dental care and preventative services.
• Develop and implement dental guidelines to improve patient care and office efficiency.
• Document patient visits in the electronic dental records system.
• Coordinate with the dental hygienists and assistants; refer to specialists as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and participate in implementation.
• Participate in the Dental Quality Assurance Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
