DCS Clinical in East Baltimore, MD is seeking a highly organized Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager to own treatment coordination, scheduling, and patient financial conversations in a busy dental practice.

The right candidate will drive efficient scheduling, improve patient follow-through, collect deposits, explain insurance benefits, and reduce administrative burden for practice leadership, with opportunities to grow into wider management roles.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in dental front office, treatment coordination, or office management preferred.
• Strong scheduling and treatment coordination knowledge.
• Comfort presenting treatment plans and financial responsibilities to patients.
• Ability to explain dental insurance benefits clearly.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through treatment plans from presentation to scheduling and completion.
• Explain treatment, insurance benefits, patient responsibilities, and payment expectations.
• Collect deposits and financial commitments before treatment.
• Follow up on unscheduled and incomplete treatment.
• Help patients understand next steps and remove administrative barriers.
• Deliver a warm, professional bilingual patient experience.
• Own provider and hygiene schedules and maintain productive workflows.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, and staff.
• Maintain accurate financial and treatment documentation in Dentrix.
• Grow into broader office management responsibilities.
