Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish and customer‑facing.
• Experience at a dental front desk or medical reception is preferred.
• Comfortable handling payments, copays, and patient accounts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and answer questions.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Maintain the daily appointment schedule and patient flow.
• Collect copays and review financial responsibilities with patients.
• Process payments and keep patient accounts accurate.
