Job summary

Rodeo Dental is hiring in Brownsville, Texas. The role supports patient scheduling, data entry for insurance, and coordinating with multiple sites. Must be bilingual in Spanish and ready to travel up to 25% with a valid driver's license.

Familiarity with dental practice management software like Open Dental or Dentrix is a plus. The position offers hourly compensation of $19–$21 and a benefits package including PTO, health coverage, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience is preferred.
• Dental practice management software (Open Dental/Dentrix) experience helpful.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Active, valid Driver’s License may be required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Must bring that BIG personality to engage and entertain our patients.
• Educate our patients and surrounding community through ongoing outreach efforts.
• Collect the appropriate information from our patients to verify insurance eligibility.
• Input the required data to create insurance claims.
• Gather patient health history as required.
• Schedule appointments with our patients daily.
• Gather the appropriate data to obtain pre-authorizations for treatment.
• Support your team.
• Ensure patient payments are collected at time of service.
• Daily housekeeping (will be shared with other staff).
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• This position may require the employee to use his/her personal vehicle to travel to different work sites during the course of the work day, which means you would need an active, valid Driver’s License.
