The role offers a35-hour work week, comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage with no employee contribution, and generous retirement benefits, including 401K employer contributions. A $2,000 annual premium is available for Spanish fluency.

Qualifications

• Certificate from an accredited Dental Assistant School is required.
• Detail oriented with ability to prioritize workload; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with excellent work ethic and reliable attendance record; computer skills and typing 40 wpm.
• English speaking, reading, and writing proficiency required.
• Certifications/licenses: Dental Assistant certificate per local standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operatory and instruments for patient visits.
• Assist dentists and dental hygienists during exams and treatments.
• Enter examination findings into the electronic dental record.
• Perform sterilization and maintaining dental equipment.
• Support administrative tasks related to patient care and operations.
• Maintain compliance with dental center policies and SOPs.
