La Clínica de La Raza is hiring Dental Assistants to join a community-focused care team providing fourhanded dentistry and comprehensive patient care. You will help prepare patients, assist dentists, manage workflows, and maintain sterile environments to support high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong communication with diverse patients, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced clinic setting, with potential Saturday/evening rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• HS/GED and X-ray license required.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.
• Non-Licensed DA: completion of Dental Assistant Training Program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow and ensure exam rooms are stocked and ready.
• Take and record vital signs and medical/dental histories.
• Assist dentist during treatment and take dental x-rays.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain supplies and equipment.
• Record treatment information in patient records using Electronic Dental Records system.
• Communicate effectively with patients and the dental care team.
