Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures.
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms.
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection-control procedures.
• Take dental X-rays when qualified and permitted.
• Prepare instruments, materials, and supplies for treatment.
• Update patient medical histories and information.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions.
• Communicate clearly with English- and Arabic-speaking patients.
• Help answer calls and schedule appointments when needed.
• Assist with verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Help update patient and insurance information in the office system.
