O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to safely operate store vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and collect COD payments. The role includes handling customer returns, keeping equipment secure, and assisting with merchandising as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards (14/18-point system).
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Use delivery fleet devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, track mileage, and complete vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies secure at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate problems or special needs from customers to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or damages to store manager immediately.
• Ensure fuel tank is full and secure vehicles at end of day.
• Clock in/out according to policy and perform other duties as assigned (merchandising, stocking, etc.).
