O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles for parts delivery and to handle COD transactions and customer returns. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you may assist customers as a cashier when needed.

The role emphasizes safe driving, device-assisted deliveries, and daily vehicle inspections, with responsibilities including merchandising and stocking tasks as needed.

Qualificações

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company’s 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update mileage, and complete daily inspections.
• Keep vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet cards, devices, and money secure at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Communicate problems or special needs to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or incidents to the store manager.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and vehicle is secured at end of day.
• Clock in/out per policy.
• Assist customers or serve as cashier when needed.
• Other duties including stocking, merchandising, and errands.
