Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the company’s standards (14/18-point system).
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and meet driving eligibility requirements.
• Familiar with automotive parts is preferred.
• Ability to operate light store equipment.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and perform inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean and maintained; complete daily inspections.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies collected.
• Pickup customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Communicate issues or special needs to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or incidents to the store manager.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and vehicle is secured at day's end.
• Clock in/out per policy.
